Basics AmbassadorsBasics Ambassadors is a partner committee of champions for Basics DeKalb County. These ambassadors brainstorm ways to increase awareness of Basics DeKalb County. They are tasked with promoting Basics in their spheres of influence to further community saturation.

Family CouncilThe Family Council is a group of parents and caregivers from each school district in DeKalb County. The purpose is to partner with DCCYC in planning, implementing, and evaluating the strategies of the collaborative to support families and the community in preparing our children for kindergarten and life success.

Child Care SitesThis partner committee has a goal of increasing capacity or available seats in child care. Moreover, this committee wants to support currently licensed child care providers to increase their ExceleRate quality rating.
Community and School AlignmentTrauma-informed CommitteeThis partner committee advocates for and supports a system of care, specifically mental health care, for our youngest residents in DeKalb County.
Home VisitingThis partner committee advocates for and supports the coordinated intake system for home visiting with the goal of increasing enrollment in home visiting.
