The goal of the DeKalb County ROE Family and Community Engagement Team is to increase access to quality learning opportunities to all children in our county, encouraging early brain development, kindergarten preparedness, and academic success. We advocate for the best interests of all children and believe in the value of educating the whole child so that they have the opportunity to reach their greatest potential. We honor the expressed needs of our families, districts, the expectations of the state of Illinois, and our own vision for equitable distribution of resources and social justice.
